Interactive Bodywork for Couples & Friends
     In this  workshop you'll learn basic techniques of non-sexual touch, massage, physical pressure application, giving and
receiving feedback, that will help you and your partner to:

  •   release physical/emotional stress and tension in the body and relationship;
  •   ease physical pain and speed recovery from traumas;
  •   increase intimacy and closeness of connection thru verbal and non-verbal communication;
  •   increase the ability to enjoy each other's company in a new way.

     
Sign up with your partner ($75 for the two on you), or by yourself ($40/person, and will work with you to match you with
another participant)

This  workshop is designed to elevate the state of presence and mindfulness, particularly in relation to the healing abilities of
human touch.  It teaches to use a feedback of the interaction with a partner to improve the quality of connection to the self and
the other through touch, as well as other means of verbal and non-verbal communications. Through awareness of one’s feelings
participants will get deeper in touch with themselves and learn how to use intention and awareness to enhance their ability to
interact in a more meaningful and satisfactory way.

The workshop offers a serious of exercises done individually, with a partner and in the group, with the possibility of sharing ones
own experience after each exercise.

Each exercise is based on the following: awareness of the contact, awareness of the response created by the contact, sharing of
things observed during the contact, awareness how the sharing changes one’s state.
